David Topolnicki

As Dave’s wife, I have been involved with the agency in one way or another since the beginning! I began working at the office full-time 10 years ago, helping with customer interactions and transactions in many ways, as well as handling general management of the office. I am licensed in Property & Casualty, as well as Life & Health and I enjoy helping our customers learn about auto insurance and homeowner’s insurance, among the many products we offer. Prior to being a mom and a State Farm wife, I worked in Human Resources and as a Software Trainer. I graduated from Columbine High School in Littleton, CO and obtained my business degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Our family is my pride and joy, and living here in Castle Rock has been a great place for us. I enjoy traveling- except for the riding-in-airplanes part, and look forward to the development of teleporting. 😊

I joined the Topolnicki State Farm ‘family’ in August 2020 and am Property and Casualty licensed.  I am Office Manager and as well as helping customers with homeowners, auto and liability insurances, I focus on Business Policies for the agency.  I am Scottish, hence my nickname, Nessie 😊 and prior to joining the agency, worked in the UK insurance industry for 45 years.  I have been with two of the largest Insurance Brokerages in the world, handled insurance for local agencies and worked in Corporate Counter Crime.  Since my move to the US in December 2019, to be closer to family, I have settled in to life in Castle Rock and love living and working here! 

Prior to working at State Farm, my career was in banking.  I loved banking but missed the customer interaction.  I was ready for a change.  In August 2019 I left my career of 32 years, married my wonderfully supportive husband Bill, and started work with the agency. I am licensed in Property & Casualty, Health, and Life.  My favorite part of the job is educating our customers on the importance of protecting everything they’ve worked so hard for in their lives.  I also love sharing my personal experiences and how being properly insured has changed my life.  I joked during my interview that “I could be a poster child for insurance” - it must have been convincing because here I am.

I bring the sunshine to the office! I am an Arizona native. I have been in Colorado for a little over 2 years now. I enjoy the cooler weather. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked a decade as a medical assistant in family practice and OB/GYN. After the burnout from the pandemic, I decided I needed something different. I moved to Colorado to be a nanny to my younger cousins for a while.

My new chapter is at State Farm, and I am looking forward to it! I am licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Accident. I am excited to learn and thrive. I love animals. I have a sweet spot for large dogs. When I am not in the office you can find me being creative in the kitchen, snuggling with my Husky mix, spending time with my family, or enjoying the company of friends.

I bring the Caribbean flavor to the office 😊! I moved from Puerto Rico to Virginia, where I started my insurance journey and then life brought me to Colorado in 2018, working here since then. My primary focus is helping customers with their insurance needs and initial loss report inquiries. I am licensed in Property & Casualty and a Public Notary.  With about 10 years of customer service background, I am also a mom of 2 kids that know how to keep me busy all the time 😊. I obtained a master’s degree in Public Affairs & Forensic Science from the University of Turabo in Puerto Rico and I love singing (yes, I even sing at the office). I enjoy the views of this beautiful town and state and love going hiking when the weather is warm.

Before working for State Farm, I worked in the health and fitness industry for 23 years. I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Metropolitan State University of Denver and am a Colorado native. Life took a turn for me in 2022, and I began my insurance journey then. I am licensed in property & casualty and enjoy the customer service side of this industry as well as handling any claims related issues for customers. As a Colorado native, I love all things outdoors, ESPECIALLY the snow! My greatest joy is being a wife and dog mom to my sweet Puggle Bacon.

I am the newest member to Dave’s office! I have been in insurance for 6 years, with a focus on service. I look forward to assisting our customers and providing education on our products. Making sure what matters most to you is protected is my top priority. I am licensed in property, casualty, life, and health. I am a California native, and I have been in Colorado since 2014. If I am not in the office, you can find me spending time with my cats at home, or out camping and fishing around Colorado with my significant other and family. I look forward to working with our neighbors and serving your needs.
