"So I will not name drop but the agent I spoke to was respectful and nice. I started my policy in the middle of one very temporary move and then moved again. My agent was very understanding. I told my agent that i moved states and that this was the permanent address. My agent said they were on it and would get things fixed. I have been living in another state for almost two months now and things still weren’t fixed. I received many notices that my insurance was being cancelled-even though I was paying my bill. I would text my agent and ask about it they said that it wasn’t valid information. I don’t believe that my agent was working on my issues or working on changing my state for insurance. My agent was very nice but nothing got done. I finally contacted my local branch and they got me switched over in 15 minutes. It would have taken this branch over two months to do something that took my new branch 15 minutes. I also believe I was being over charged. My bill for just me was roughly $173/mo. There was an issue with the payment system and when I event to pay my bill it said that I owned no money. I contacted my agent and they said that they would work on it. A week or so passes and we decided to add the payment to the next four months payments-disperse it while the issue get resolved. My bill for the next month jumped from $173 to $420. Now I am not the best at math but if we are distributing a $173 payment over the next four months, that does not make it jump to $420. The people are very nice but I just don’t think they know what they are doing."
